Healing starts within. Participants learn applied trauma informed methodology and evidence-based mindfulness techniques (for adults and kids!) to promote nervous system regulation and tension release.

“Trauma informed” approach combines Western science with Eastern techniques, with emphasis on nervous system regulation and somatic practices.

All purchases for classes, workshops, trainings, and private sessions are final. We do not offer refunds, but we may provide credits or rescheduling options in certain cases at our discretion. If an event or session is canceled by In Yoga Collective, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future offering.
