In Yoga Collective (IYC) also known as In Yoga Consulting LLC is a trauma informed community of instructors dedicated to sharing tools and techniques for everyday regulation and resilience.

In Yoga Collective is dedicated to applying Western physiology and mindfulness techniques to promote self-regulation and resilience through evidence based practices.
We don’t only serve yoga instructors. In fact, the majority of our clients are schools, non-profits and government agencies seeking an integrated, Trauma Informed approach. Learn more under the “Work With Us” tab, including photos, testimonials and case studies on past events.

No refunds or late cancellations will be issued in order to support the time, energy and sustained work of In Yoga Collective instructors. All single class, workshop and training sales are final. Access to class recording(s) may be provided at the discretion of the instructor. Please notify your instructor directly regarding early cancellation requests.
