Virtual Trauma Informed Training
Saturday, February 15 at 10 - 12pm EST
7 - 9am PST | 3 - 5pm GMT

In this two hour online session, participants will receive an introduction to the science of trauma-informed mindfulness, including basic principles of physiology and neuroplasticity. Participants are then invited to take part in a one-hour yoga and mindfulness practice applying evidence-based techniques and trauma informed methodology.

Registration includes recording received by e-mail within 48 hours following the training.

This training is open to everyone, including beginners to yoga. The course is also eligible for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credit (2 hours) for registered yoga instructors.

Trainings for Professional Development

Half and full day training are available for social workers, educators and non-profits such as recovery centers and prison/jail facilities seeking to educate staff on trauma informed mindfulness evidence-based techniques. Inquire at: amy@inyogacollective.com
